Bollinger Motors is seeking a Salesforce Developer to oversee the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet Bollinger Motors Business Needs. This position reports to the Chief Revenue Officer. This is an in-person role at the company's Oak Park, MI headquarters.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of systems associated with the functional activity relating to SSM, Salesforce being primary, and ensuring they align with business requirements and best practices.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for all SSM projects.Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through code reviews, testing, and optimization.Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends.Provide technical expertise and support for complex Salesforce issues and challenges.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the development team.Coordinate with other IT teams and departments to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems.Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations as needed.Assist Sales, Service, Marketing, and Finance with any technical issues revolving around programs such as Salesforce, PLEX, Adaptive and middleware software.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years' experience with SalesforceExperience with Marketing Cloud, ZoomInfo, Adaptive, and PLEX a plus.Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.Experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus.Automotive background with large OEM preferred
