Currently, we operate multiple elementary and middle schools in the
Bronx and Upper Manhattan . We plan to grow and open 1-2 schools each year because children in every community deserve excellent, equitable education. Join our growing team today, and be a change agent for children.
Our Network office is located at 401 W 218th St., New York, NY 10034. Our Network team follows a hybrid work schedule: we work in-person from our office on Tuesdays and Thursdays with optional remote days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, if your team's scope of work permits.Deliver powerful results
To achieve our vision, we are searching for a
Manager of Operational Strategy,
with a
Bachelor's degree, and at least 2 - 5 years of work experience in management consulting or project management
who is fueled by a passion for team success and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate has:Strong ownership skills, demonstrating the ability to work independently and take initiativeStrong project management and problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple priorities, overcome challenges, and drive projects to successful completionExperience managing relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external partnersExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalHands-on experience with managing requisitions on Coupa, or similar spend management platforms is preferred, but not requiredExperience in the real estate sector, or other mission-driven, fast-growth organizations is preferred, but not requiredResponsibilities:
Lead and monitor the progress of scaling and real estate projects, proactively flagging and resolving issues to keep projects on trackDevelop scalable systems to manage internal stakeholders and external vendors and personnel, ensuring they work efficiently, effectively, and with accountabilityMaintain effective and efficient records of real estate project progress by leveraging spreadsheets and project management softwareAggregate and synthesize project information into concise, actionable memos and reports to support decision-making at both the board and leadership levelDesign and implement robust tracking systems to manage real estate opportunities and transactions, ensuring high levels of organization and the ability to retrieve and analyze information quickly and effectivelyConduct research as needed and synthesize data to provide insights and support informed decision-making.Excel in internal and external communications, maintaining clear, persuasive, and frequent contact to move quickly on securing dealsWear multiple hats as a part of a lean startup-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as neededJoin our purpose-driven community

The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $90,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience in construction project management and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales. This position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary, merit-based performance bonus.How does Zeta invest in you?
