Schedule needed for Assignment :In person orientation January 30-31 if provider is picking up February ongoing dates. If provider picks up January dates we will most likely need to do an off cycle orientation.January 24-30February 21-27March 28-April 3May 2-8Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm then night call and 24 hour call on weekendsJob Requirements:Board Certified highly preferred. Will consider candidates BC/BE in Radiology with IR experience.State License highly preferred but will consider IMLC LOQ candidatesOther Certifications DEA and BLS required during credentialingFluoroscopy certificate - required, but can be flexible on this requirement.Availability at time of name clear requiredJob Details:Duties: responsible for referral to Interventional Radiology. Discuss cases with referring physicians and provide prompt service for the hospital and outpatient cases.Required Procedures: Drain placement, Biliary interventions, Urologic interventions, Hepatobiliary interventions including TIPS, BRTO, GI bleed embolization.
