:Orientation Jan 30-31 if provider is picking up Feb ongoing dates. If provider picks up January dates we will most likely need to do an off cycle orientation.Jan 24-30Feb 21-27Mar 28-Apr 3May 2-8Setting: HospitalDuties: responsible for referral to Interventional Radiology. Discuss cases with referring physicians and provide prompt service for the hospital and outpatient cases.Required Procedures: Drain placement, Biliary interventions, Urologic interventions, Hepatobiliary interventions including TIPS, BRTO, GI bleed embolization. PE thrombolysis or thrombectomy,SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
:Board Certification Board Certified Highly preferred. Will consider candidates BC/BE in Radiology with IR experience!State License Highly preferred but will consider IMLC LOQ candidatesDEA and BLS required during credentialingFluoroscopy certificate - Required, but can be flexible on this requirement.Availability at time of name clear RequiredEMR System:
