Interface is seeking to hire an experienced Manager of SEC and Financial Reporting, located in our Atlanta, GA headquarters office. In this role, you will manage the external reporting process, manage the lease process and SOX compliance audit and process.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage External Reporting Process
Prepare 10-Q and 10-K disclosures, including revenue recognition, segments, debt, liquidity, EPS, and equity footnotesPrepare technical accounting researchPrepare tie-out of 10-Q and 10-KPrepare GAAP / SEC disclosure checklistPrepare quarterly global 10-Q/10-K request listsXBRL tagging
Manage Lease Process
Enter lease information into LeaseQuery lease accounting systemPrepare quarterly lease journal entry and related balance sheet account reconciliationsReconcile lease costs and investigate fluctuationsPrepare lease disclosures for 10-Q / 10-K
SOX Coordination
Coordinate with internal audit for corporate SOX requests, as neededPrepare quarterly consolidated income statement analytic
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Certified Public Accountant (required), 4+ years of public accounting experience, experience with 10-Q / 10-K filings. This role is expected to work additional hours during quarter end and year end. Experience with reporting tools such as Workiva, OneStream and lease accounting systems is preferred.
