Job Title: Assembly Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. The role involves using pneumatic and hydraulic tools to assemble concrete patching equipment. This entails reading blueprints and making precise measurements to fit, bolt, and wire concrete machines. Individuals with a background in carpentry or industrial/car mechanics will find this position a great fit due to the mathematical and mechanical skills required.

Responsibilities

Use pneumatic and hydraulic tools to assemble concrete patching equipment.

Read and interpret blueprints for accurate assembly.

Make precise measurements to fit, bolt, and wire concrete machines.

Utilize strong hand tool and tape measure skills.

Perform mechanical assembly tasks efficiently.

Essential Skills

6+ months of mechanical assembly experience or 6+ months of maintenance tech experience.

Proficiency with hand tools and tape measures.

Experience in carpentry or mechanics, including personal home/car mechanic experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to follow precise measurements and blueprints.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment

1st shift: Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (or four 10-hour shifts and one 8-hour shift with mandatory 8 hours overtime each Friday); optional overtime each Saturday from 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM. 2nd shift: Monday – Thursday: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM (or four 12-hour shifts with the 8 hours overtime included in Thursday's shift); optional overtime each Saturday from 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blair, Nebraska.
