They are Stroke Certified.Additional Details
Unit: ERNumber of beds: 33 Total patient care rooms. 25 of these rooms are labeled '25' & have cardiac monitors.# beds: 25 have cardiac monitors.Ratios: 1 to 4. They see an average of 210 patients.EMR: Cerner experience preferred.Charge Nurse: Charge nurse available 24/7.Nurse Aides: ER Techs with either EMT, MA, or CNA experience.Scrub Color: Navy blue.Tele: GE. Have central monitor station on both nurses stations.Vents: Provided per RT.Hospitalist or Intensivist in-house: Up to 5 Physicians & 3 midlevel's at a time.IV Team: No.RT 24/7: Yes.Pharmacy 24/7: Yes & Omnicell.Floating: No floating outside of the ER.Floor specific orientation: Up to 6 shifts with a preceptor.Common diagnosis/Types of patients: Routine/typical ER patients; however they send out STEMIs, hemorrhagic strokes & peds.
