Description
The Salesforce Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the Salesforce platform for the organization. This includes implementation of new processes and procedures and addressing day to day support issues.
Key Responsibilities: (Other duties as assigned)Collaborate with various departments to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performanceMaintain and improve Salesforce automated processes.Create Reports and DashboardsHandle all basic administrative functions including user maintenance, modification of page layouts, creation of new fields and other routine tasksUnderstanding of Salesforce sharing and security regarding roles, hierarchies, profiles, permissionsTriage, prioritize and resolve end user issues.Consistently maintain and update training materials based on new functionality and to ensure best practices are adhered to.Support ad hoc Salesforce reporting requestsQualifications
Professional Experience/Requirements:
One to threeyears' experience in Salesforce platformOne to threeyears' experience in a business settingFluent in all Microsoft Office ApplicationsAbility to prioritize in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to details, excellent planning, and organization skillsWell-developed interpersonal and communication skillsResourceful and adaptive to changeEffective multitasking skills and time managementAssociates Degree in computer science, business administration, management information systems or related field or equivalent work experience.
