Outpatient population - primarily adults-geriatrics & adults-geriatrics could include, but not limited to: Fall risk, neuro, general medical recovery, unsteady gait, general weakness, ortho (primarily ortho).Some peds (>9 y/o with ortho diagnoses)Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient?: OutpatientWhat areas are they required to cover?: OutpatientEMR: Cerner Community Works for inpatient & outpatient chartingScrub Color/Dress Code: Black, navy, or royal blue scrubs or business casualAdditional Details
ALL PAPER WORK DUE THURSDAY at NOON BEFORE START DATE# of patients treated per day: 10/day - 1:1 treatments.Treatments are scheduled for 45mins each and Evals are 1Hr eachUtilize PTAs for treatments. Therapist sees patient at least every 6th visit.Department specific orientation: 1st day - going over procedures/education, etc & observing; 2nd day - orienting, may get assigned to 1 or 2 treatments/evaluations; days 3-5 - assigned treatments/evaluations with extra time for documentation. Second week will be a full schedule.
