We continue to grow and seek top talent to join our team and continue the journey with us.What we offerCompetitive salary $82,000-$87,000/annuallyBenefits include medical, dental, vision, a generous Paid Time Off program, holidays, 401k, and moreA growing company with opportunities for advancementCompany-sponsored training, tuition reimbursement, and other learning opportunitiesJob DescriptionOversight and responsibility for daily operations of our assisted living and memory care departmentsHiring, training, and development of care teamProvide leadership and direction to the management team, which consists of the Memory Care Director, Care Coordinator, administrators, and nurses.Work directly with residents to evaluate needs and services to assess, communicate accurately, and document resident status on the electronic care systemOversight of med techs and delegation of nurse duties to unlicensed personnelOther leadership duties as neededQualificationsLove for seniors!Strong leadership skills in developing strong care teams and leading them to great outcomes.Current CNA licenseExperience in Assisted Living, Geriatric Nursing, Gerontology and/or Dementia CareDemonstrated ability in budgeting and cost controlKnowledge of how to develop and utilize service plans, medication management systems, infection control practices, and safety proceduresSkills in promoting teamwork, leadership, team member empowerment, and responsiveness to residents
