You will be responsible for managing and administrating all aspects of food services at the community while complying with all applicable regulations.ResponsibilitiesOversight and responsibility for daily operations of our Dining Services DepartmentHiring, training, and development of staff in conjunction with your leadership teamResponsible for the overall financial and operational functions related to dining room service and culinary operationsCreates and plans weekly menus for the CommunityEnsures compliance with federal, state, and local sanitation regulationsConducts routine safety inspections of dining room, food storage areas, chemical storage areas, and food receiving areaQualifications3 to 5 years’ previous experience in food production/managementMust have a Serve Safe certification or become certified within 90 days of hire dateMust have basic knowledge of food preparation procedures, proper dining room service etiquette, as well as related Health Department regulations and guidelines pertaining to food service operationsIf you are the right candidate, then we definitely want to hear from you!
