Ratios: Try to follow AWHONN; 1 to 2 if mag patientScrub Color: Provided by hospitalCommon Diagnosis / Types of patients: Must be able circulate c-sections, high hispanic populationAdditional Details
Unit: L&D--average 200-240 births per monthBed Count: 9 plus 7 triage bedsRatios: Try to follow AWHONNOB and anesthesia: OB in house 24/7 (labor hospitalist); anesthesia on call 24/7Common Diagnosis / Types of patients: Must be able circulate c-sections, will generally transfer out high riskAdditional Notes: Really like baby friendly experience; need strong, experienced nurses that are willing to teach and educate
