Responsibilities
This opportunity is for business development role at EISG-SMS-WTS, which is responsible IST for delivering manufacturing solutions to semiconductor industry. The business development engineer will be involved in ramping up business with a new solution aiming at customers world-wide. Key objectives of the role are as follows:
Plan and execute New Product Introduction of the new solutionWork close with key customers as well as sales team for developing business opportunities led by the solutionRamp up sales and support team that work effectively for selling and supporting the solutionLead the continuous improvement of business strategy to achieve business goalContribute to the improvement of the solution by managing effective feedback-loop from customers to WTSWork across functions including Sales, Order Fulfillment and R&D to achieve objectivesQualifications
Bachelors or Master Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent with 7+ years prior experience in sales, marketing or business development. Global experience a big plusAt least 8 years' experience in the Semiconductor Test industryTechnical experience in semiconductor test and DC or RF measurementExcellent verbal and written communication skills to share ideas effectivelyExcellent presentation skillsStrong inter-personal communications skills with the ability to influence

California Pay Range: MIN $129,450.00 - MAX $236,720.00
