Job Summary:
The Systems Enablement Sr. BOS Analyst is responsible for the daily support of the Business Operating System (BOS) and its training and cultural transformation. This role maintains the enterprise standard work for BOS project/tool implementations and training materials for stakeholders. The focus is on strengthening stakeholder partnerships by providing world-class support for Trane Technologies BOS by ensuring Lean principles, practices and tools are incorporated into assisting in the implementation of new strategies for other strategic tools.

Where is the work:
This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.
Responsibilities:
BOS Governance and Framework:
Partner with the Global OpEx team to implement and manage BOS governance, ensuring consistency in framework and practices.
Collaborate with global functions to execute BOS functional updates, maintaining alignment with governance protocols.
BOS Document Management and Improvement:
Establish a robust document management system ensuring consistent history tracking and version control across sites.
Work with IT to resolve compatibility issues, enhancing access to older and newer documents.
Initiate system assessment projects to map current and future states of BOS with stakeholder input.
Train and empower multiple site admins for decentralized document management, enhancing efficiency and accountability.
Develop and implement standard work, metrics, and governance for document uploads in collaboration with OpEx.
Workflow Optimization:
Conduct a comprehensive assessment of current workflows, collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement necessary improvements.
Migrate workflows to Power Automate ahead of SharePoint 2013 functionality expiration in 2025.
Work with IT to increase SharePoint capacity settings and enhance document accessibility.
Playbook and Content Management:
Ensure active playbooks are accessible and editable.
Archive inactive playbooks with functionality to still access as needed.
Standardize document control processes, ensuring clear linkage of playbooks to front-end pages and updating old items as inactive.
Stakeholder Engagement and Training:
Support the BOS shared mailbox for efficient processing of notifications and requests.
Troubleshoot and resolve BOS stakeholder issues, coaching users on processes and system functionality to achieve their objectives.
Provide training for employees on document management best practices and BOS updates
Communicate effectively to all employees about updates
KPIs and Performance Monitoring:
Develop and implement additional KPIs to track BOS performance and effectiveness.
Monitor and clean up the Process Approvers and Experts list, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to facilitate activities and discussions to influence change.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in supply chain, business, or similar fields preferred.
Strong customer service orientation.
Experience with Lean principles, including standard work, managing for daily improvement (MDI), and problem-solving.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing standard processes and tools.
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000
Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
