Job Description

An employer is looking for a highly-skilled marketing coordinator to join one of our largest national clients for a hybrid contract opportunity. This role is slated to start as a 6 month engagement, but could extend longer depending on budget and workload. In this role you'll join a small team of 2, and will be responsible for collaborating on and assisting with the execution of the day-to-day marketing efforts including campaign activity and activations for P&S brands while driving growth, engagement and supporting business goals. The selected candidate ideally has 2+ years of experience in Marketing/Activation. Any prior experience marketing products within the connectivity, camera or security space is helpful, but not necessary. This team operates under a hybrid model, therefore you must be comfortable commuting to their facility in Aurora, IL 3x/week in order to be successful on this team.

Responsibilities:

-Supports the overall marketing strategy and execution of Integrated Marketing Campaigns for US & Canada.

-Supports team in day-to-day communication with marketing agencies, ensuring flawless execution of deliverables for new launches and campaigns.

-Manages the responsibility of purchase order creation and submission for the marketing organization.

-Responsible for partnership programs across consumer and pro teams.

-Collaborates with the Public Relations team to -ensure PR activity is executed to meet business goals.

-Collaborates with PR agency to understand and communicate the monitoring of Legislative activity for new regulations and fire safety incidents for the organization.

-Supports influencer programs, including campaign execution and reporting.

-Supports SEO/SEM efforts and campaigns, including content creation, execution, and reporting.

-Supports general campaign reporting and optimizations.

-Supports management and distribution of creative requests to Creative Services team.

-Helps Maintains Digital Asset Management tool, ensuring that it is organized, updated, and reflects the brand.

-Assists with construction of Power Point presentations.

Skills and Requirements

-Bachelors degree within Business, Marketing, or related field.

-2+ years of experience in Marketing with a focus on brand activation .

-Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

-Hands on experience writing copy

-Ability to be collaborative & hit the ground running

-Ability to commute to the Aurora, IL facility 3x/week -SEO/SEI experience

-Experience utilizing Salesforce

-Experience within B2B marketing null
