Knowledge of PXE Boot
Desktop Troubleshooting
Configuring Printers and Peripheral Devices (Scanners, Credit Card Readers, Signature Pads)
Basic understanding of networking, telecom, and SCCM
Responsibilities:
Deliver, configure, monitor, test, maintain, and troubleshoot end-point devices, applications, or networks following established processes and procedures
Perform accurate documentation
Read and interpret technical documentation to complete moves, changes, and break/fix for hardware or software components
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot moderately complex issues
Serve as a liaison between customers and vendors to ensure timely resolution of requests, issues, and problems
Operate under direct supervision and may be required to be on call
Secondary Skills - Nice to Haves:
Windows 10 desktop support
Desktop imaging
Active Directory
Shift: 8hr (x5) Evening Schedule: 11:30am-8pm, shifts varied throughout the week
Main Reporting Address: San Diego, CA 92121 – must be able to drive to different hospital/clinic sites throughout the county due to current projects/needs. One location per shift.
