Summary This position is located in the Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, headquartered in Washington, District of Columbia. Responsibilities Identifies and monitors program and/or project requirements and plans, to include resources through the life cycle of complex programs. Promotes and strengthens the Refugee Program by providing oversight of relevant data systems and collection efforts. Directs the general day-to-day operations that include managing and supervising the administrative and operational activities of the Division staff. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Specialized Experience:GS-14: You must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-13 level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors) performing (4) of the (5) duties listed below: Conducting extensive analysis and research in order to respond to controversial and/or complex data requests; Tracking developments in data science and strategically coordinating with external stakeholders to align efforts when applicable; Providing oversight of relevant data systems and collection efforts to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and standardization of the information contained in data systems; Negotiating data sharing agreements with various stakeholders to ensure the improvement and expansion of short and long range goals; Leading or mentoring staff on work and administrative matters.
