As Billie’s Assistant Brand Manager, you’ll support the development and execution of brand strategy and marketing initiatives for Billie with an eye toward our objectives for the business and brand. This person will play a critical role for the brand management team as a cross-functional partner to sales & sales strategy, growth, finance, data and insights teams, helping ensure our work is informed by category and consumer opportunities. You’ll oversee some of our key commercial deliverables across eComm, in-store, shopper and international channels, ensuring a consistent and high caliber expression of the brand across touchpoints.
What you’ll do:
Monitor and provide regular reporting and analysis on in-market sales performance, share, and brand health metrics
Analyze and provide insights on consumer trends, market data, and competitive intelligence to inform strategies across brand, media, product and sales, helping identify opportunities for growth
Oversee end-to-end delivery of creative and commercial assets for various digital and in-store efforts, including in-store display, shopper marketing initiatives, eCommerce assets, select promotional campaigns, and email
Own the gathering of initial inputs for abovementioned deliverables, author creative briefs for designers and copywriters, project managing assets through appropriate feedback and approval channels, and manage final upload / trafficking and performance reporting
Assist senior brand management team with marketing efforts and product launches, supporting as needed across specific PR and creative
Help manage the brand’s relationship with our international business units, partnering as needed on delivery of creative assets to support geo-specific marketing plans
Key contributor to strategy planning and annual business planning process (ABP) and deck creation, partnering with finance and sales on business reporting and projections
What we’re looking for:
2+ years of marketing or brand management experience, preferably in CPG
MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
Extensive experience working with brands known for creative excellence and innovative marketing
A strong knowledge of Nielsen/IRI data and analytics tools
A critical thinker who combines qualitative and quantitative insights to drive strategic recommendations
A passion and proven ability to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail while handling multiple projects simultaneously
An impeccable cross-functional communicator, you know how to create clarity and alignment, and can gather multiple inputs and distill them into their most critical elements
A proactive and collaborative approach – you love working with people, and people love working with you!

The salary range for this position is $105,000-$120,000. The actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
