Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to join their team for one of their top energy customers. This role is located in Atlanta, GA. This role is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST. The team is looking for someone who will be responsible for the following:
Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, timelines, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks.
Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers.
Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan via Excel, PowerPoint or other media.
Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation ensuring deliverables are met on time.
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
Maintain excellent relations with team, stakeholder, finance, and others assigned to contribute to project.
Maintain repository of tools and documents.
Will set up and create meetings and agendas and well as facilitation.
Will work with excel sheets and ticketing systems, interpret data presented and interact with end users via email and meetings and must be able to work independently.

Skills and Requirements
Proficiency with Project Management (managing timelines/scope, risk mitigation, budget)
2 years of professional experience in Project Management role
Fluent in MS Project, MS Excel & MS Power Point
Must have good communication skills and be a team player Knowledgeable with ServiceNow
Bachelor's or Associates Degree null
