Marketing/Events Coordinator

to join our team!

The

Marketing/Events Coordinator

provides support for all aspects of the marketing and sales effort and provides coordination of the closing and move- in function. This primarily includes receptionist responsibilities, managing administrative functions coordinating events, completing reports, serving in a hospitality role, managing office inventory and providing other administrative support functions.

Answers and directs incoming phone calls and manages the lead distribution systemGreets and serves all visitors to the marketing office in accordance with the Life Care Services Extraordinary Impressions programPrepares and updates marketing and sales reportsProcesses all sales, cancellations, transfers and associated documentationResponsible for maintenance of marketing systemsProcesses invoices and is responsible for maintaining budget performance spreadsheetsManages the office by tracking inventory and ordering office supplies, collateral, and other printed materials within the approved budgetMaintains and updates the office schedule including events, staff schedules and appointmentsUpdates the community website and manages other digital responsibilities as assigned including taking an active role in the community social media strategyAssists with the preparation of the annual marketing plan by creating data tables, compiling components created by others and producing the final planCoordinates and creates the marketing newsletterServes as the primary marketing and sales contact for communication with other departmentsQualifications:

Bachelor's degree ( emphasis in Marketing preferred ) and

1-2 years' related experienceExperience in a

Senior Living, professional office or hospitality environment , where good communication and customer relations skills are essentialProficient in the use of various software including all

Microsoft Office applications
