Apogee Engineering is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide Program Execution Support to the Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Special Operations Forces (ISR & SOF) Directorate located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (AFB). This full-time role offers a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days onsite.

What you will be doing:
Assist in a wide range of administrative support services for programs managed by the AFLCMC/WI directorate staff, including the front office group, organizational senior functionals, and program and management operations
Support Government requirements for internal/external briefings and reports by assisting with the preparation, scheduling, and coordination of materials such as slides, viewgraphs, briefing charts, and other graphics
Assist with the administration of calendars, creating meetings, conference room reservations, and conference room configuration
Establish and maintain official file plans with the use of the Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS)
Support the development, editing, and production of reports and presentation materials for internal/external customers consistent with Government-required formats
Provide illustrator services supporting the development of the final style, format, and preparation of the illustrations
Assist the directorate focal point in collecting and visually displaying materials at staff meetings
Assist with briefings including compiling and preparing briefings and reports in hard copy for special and/or recurring meetings/events
Support the development, editing, and production of reports and presentation materials for internal/external customers consistent with Government-required formats
Assist in reviewing the content of the directorate electronic workflow mailbox
Assist with compiling and integrating data from the Senior Officer Communication and Coordination Electronic Resource (SOCCER) tool or equivalent suspense system into the directorate's SharePoint suspense task tracking system
Assist in managing and tracking the Directorate Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests
Plan/facilitate meetings/offsites, develop documents, and attend specialized meetings

10 years of relevant administrative support experience of which 5 years were supporting the DoD including:
Experience assisting with briefings, including compiling and preparing briefings and reports in hard copy for special and/or recurring meetings/events
Experience supporting Government requirements for internal/external briefings and reports by assisting with the preparation, scheduling, and coordination of materials such as slides, viewgraphs, briefing charts, and other graphics
Experience assisting with the administration of calendars, creating meetings, conference room reservations, and conference room configuration
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Experience:Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years supporting the DoD
Experience providing support utilizing the Air Force Task Management Tool (TMT)
