Known for their collaborative culture and dedication to client success, they offer a dynamic and professional work environment.Job DescriptionThe Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will support attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including:Reviewing and analyzing title reports, surveys, and related documents.Preparing and coordinating documents for purchases, sales, financings, and leasing transactions.Assisting with due diligence processes, including reviewing zoning and other municipal documentation.Drafting correspondence and transactional documents.Managing deadlines and transaction schedules to ensure timely completion.Coordinating with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions.Maintaining organized files and transaction records.QualificationsBachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate required.Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law.Solid experience with title and survey reviews, purchases, sales, financings, and leasing.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.Why This Is a Great OpportunityJoin a respected firm with a long-standing reputation for excellence in the legal industry.Work on high-profile commercial real estate transactions alongside seasoned attorneys.Enjoy a competitive salary range of $76,500 to $162,500, commensurate with experience.Access a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.Be part of a professional, collaborative, and supportive work environment.Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceJPC-153LI-SK3
