Overview
LHH is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support our legal team and clients in complex real estate transactions. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Raleigh, NC, ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in commercial real estate law.
Draft, review, and revise commercial real estate documents including leases, purchase and sale agreements, closing checklists, and related documents
Coordinate due diligence activities including title and survey review, zoning reports, and environmental studies
5–7+ years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal department
~ Extensive experience in title and survey review, lease review, and real estate closings
~ Strong understanding of local and regional real estate laws and procedures
~ Proficiency with legal document management software and Microsoft Office Suite
~ Paralegal certification or equivalent experience required
Exposure to a variety of high-level commercial real estate transactions
