The Director will be instrumental in shaping the research program's direction and executing strategic initiatives while managing a multidisciplinary team committed to conducting impactful, evidence-based research.Key responsibilities include:Directing the development and growth of the research program within the initiative.Establishing and implementing effective strategies and policies.Conducting evaluations and analyses of healthcare data.Overseeing program operations and strategic planning.Engaging in fundraising and development efforts to bolster program resources.Collaborating closely with a diverse team, including economists, healthcare professionals, and data scientists.Managing budgets and interpreting market trends in healthcare.The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in economics, public/health policy, health services research, or a related field, accompanied by a minimum of 7 years of experience in a relevant area.
