Overview

Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes, working with department managers to ensure staffing needs are met.Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, manage conflict resolution, and foster a positive workplace culture.Policy Development and Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies that comply with labor laws and organizational guidelines, and keep policies updated.Performance Management: Coordinate performance appraisal processes, provide feedback to employees, and work with managers to identify development needs.Training and Development: Organize training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.Compensation and Benefits Management: Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compensation programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant.HR Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, recruitment costs), reporting findings and recommendations to senior management.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to support the organization's strategic goals through workforce planning and talent management.Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree can be an advantage.Typically, 5+ years in HR roles, with experience in management or leadership.Professional certifications, like SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR, are beneficial.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, organizational abilities, problem-solving aptitude, and knowledge of HR software and systems.In-depth understanding of employment law and regulatory compliance.

Compensation Range

The compensation for this position is $75,000.00/Yr. - $95,000.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
