Chief Operations Officer

Are you an operational leader with deep med spa experience? Do you have multi-site and de novo experience? If so, we may be looking for you! We’re recruiting a Chief Operations Officer for a well-capitalized, venture-backed med spa to implement their new store opening playbook and launch their first locations. The role and first locations will be located in Los Angeles.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE10+ years of operational leadership experience, with a strong preference for experience in multi-location operations within med spa, aesthetics, or a related industry.Proven track record of opening de novo locations, scaling businesses, and improving operational efficiency.ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIESExcellent leadership and team-building skills with a focus on fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.Expert project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage shifting timelines.Experience managing vendor relationships for new location build-outs and launches.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance within the healthcare or aesthetics industry.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing P&Ls.RESPONSIBILITIESOperational strategy.New location build-out.Team leadership.Compliance and regulatory management.The total compensation for this position is $100,000 - $600,000, dependent upon skills and experience.
