You will support strategic initiatives through detailed financial analyses, competitive intelligence, and market research to inform key business decisions. The ideal candidate will be skilled in financial modeling, business case creation, and enterprise value optimization, with a strong passion for corporate finance and strategic planning.In this role you will:Support the full lifecycle of M&A and partnership activities, including identification, due diligence, financial modeling, drafting key materials, execution, and post-transaction integration.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess organic and inorganic opportunities, developing and presenting business cases backed by rigorous financial and strategic analysis.Build and maintain financial models to support enterprise-level long-term planning and value optimization efforts.Monitor, analyze, and report on industry trends, competitor actions, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making.Lead ad hoc strategic projects and analyses aimed at supporting long-term value creation.Assist in preparing high-quality presentations and reports for the Executive Team and Board of Directors.What you'll need:2+ years in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or valuation roles.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial modeling, and valuation techniques; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.Proven ability to synthesize financial and strategic data into actionable insights; strong communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and a commitment to excellence.
