You will serve as the Chief Academic Officer, directly contributing to the strategic academic planning, program assessment, and the enhancement of scholarship and pedagogy within our institution.As the Chief Academic Officer, you will collaborate closely with the President and a team of dedicated academic and administrative leaders to nurture a culture of excellence, innovation, and inclusiveness. We are looking for candidates with a robust record in teaching and program development, demonstrating a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.The ideal candidate will be an accomplished academic nurse leader with an earned doctorate in nursing, higher education, or administration, along with a minimum of five years of progressive administrative experience in an academic setting. Candidates should also be eligible to obtain RN licensure in Illinois.
