In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key technical expert within the Finance Department, providing vital support to our senior management team in enterprise-wide revenue and program reporting as well as the assessment of strategic initiatives. You will independently develop financial data analytics, manage collaborative relationships, and create a unified toolkit for evaluating financial performance.Your responsibilities will include managing relationships with subject matter experts and implementing innovative solutions that enhance decision support and management planning. To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, along with a minimum of 6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, particularly within the healthcare sector.Expertise in financial statement analysis, financial modeling, and performance measurement for healthcare lines of business is essential. The ideal candidate will be comfortable presenting to and facilitating insightful discussions with senior management and will thrive in a dynamic, matrix environment.
