The Westinghouse Treasury team is seeking a detail oriented, self-starter, with strong analytical and project management skills to join as a Lead Analyst, Treasury. The candidate will work within a small team and will retain an expanding area of direct responsibilities with increasing autonomy based on their initiative, capabilities, and achievements. The position will be structured to balance both special projects and routine work assignments.
Your Day to Day: Foreign Exchange Be the company's FX subject matter expert and primary resource for all things related to FX Work with Business Unit finance to identify and implement strategic FX trades and reduce program FX exposure Identify, aggregate, analyze global currency exposures Work with Treasury Operations to execute, support and monitor FX trades Update and / or develop FX procedure, policies, and controls for the enterprise Capital Markets and Debt Service Refinancing, Amendments, Extensions, etc. Support monthly forecast of debt service and interest expense Experience with Project and Structured Finance requirements Interest Rate risk management and derivatives Reporting Support all Treasury reporting efforts; day-to-day, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc as required Develop new tools and reporting as required to streamline overall efforts Drive improvements to deliver accurate results in a timely manner Act as Treasury liaison with the company's Business Units to maintain weekly cash-forecasts Cash and Banking Support the Treasury Operations team with daily cash management Global liquidity, cash transfers, wire support, etc. Support the Treasury Operations team with bank administration and relationship management New accounts, account closures, general account maintenance, etc. Work with bank partners to identify and develop best-in-class processes and tool utilization Support Shared Services in efforts to streamline bank portal, workstation, and internal tools Intercompany Manage intercompany loans including maintaining schedules, calculating interest, monitoring facility limits, and supporting new facilities Support cash pool transactions and overall global liquidity strategy Other Support M&A efforts and integration activities Support ongoing maintenance and optimization of the treasury workstation Support internal stakeholders and partners (Accounting, Compliance, Corporate Development, FP&A, Tax, etc.) with routine and ad-hoc requests Ensure controls, policies, and procedures are strictly adhered to
Who You Are: Bachelor's degree in finance and / or 5 years of Treasury related experience Ability to multi-task / work multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Ability to plan and prioritize assignments Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to quickly understand complex transactions Well-organized, detail-oriented, and effective communicator Interpersonal skills and social intelligence Strong Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications Practical experience with SAP and Business Reporting / Intelligence tools Functional experience with bank portals and treasury workstations Experience with project work (life cycles, timelines, reporting to stakeholders, etc.) FX strategy and implementation in a global firm Project Financing / Structured Financing / Creative Financing solutions
Job Location Hybrid role with ability to be in the Cranberry HQ office multiple days a week
