The Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County is looking for a Provider Services Manager to join our team!

We are a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to building a community-wide commitment to ensure that every child is ready to succeed in school and life through comprehensive, high-quality early learning environments.
HOURS:
This is a full-time position, and business hours at the Boynton location is Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Longer hours, evenings, and weekends may be necessary on occasion.
PAY RATE:
$60,000 - $72,000 per year commensurate with experience.
SUMMARY:
This position is primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day activities regarding Coalition childcare provider contracts for the School Readiness (SR), Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) and Children's Services Council (CSC) Scholarship. The provider services manager is responsible for all provider contracts including verification and execution, administration, compliance, and close-out activities. Services must be coordinated with staff in other program content areas and departments and must include continuous quality improvement processes. This position requires an individual who possesses strong management and organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy in work, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. The role includes developing alternative solutions, creating plans and policies, and working collaboratively with funders, contractors, and community partners. The position involves extensive record keeping, organizing, critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management, as well as interpretation and communication of complex regulations, data, and terminology.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages the verification and compliance for School Readiness (SR), Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK), and CSC Scholarship provider agreement requirements prior to Coalition certification. Initiates certification process.
Provides consistent Tier 1 monitoring of School Readiness contracts ensuring cross-departmental communication and generates non-compliance communication. Coordinates the VPK SIS contracting process for VPK SIS eligible families and follows up with VPK SIS applicants to determine their program preference.
Provides technical guidance and additional documentation to applicants as needed. Communicates changes in eligibility determination with FS Portal Coordinator. Coordinates with VPK SIS provider and applicant to collect and verify required documentation to certify contract. Enters provider and class data into database system for enrollment and payment. Collects and disseminates provider invoices for payment.
Manages VPK Provider on Probation improvement plans using Office of Early Learning's website to review, approve, or reject submitted improvement plans.
Offers technical assistance to providers on submission of plans and requirements.
Manages VPK Assessment kit ordering via the Bright Beginnings website, approving and rejecting orders as submitted by providers using the Office of Early Learning's guidelines.
Trains and orients new employees to ensure they are knowledgeable of all program department and agency protocols, reports, and forms.
Responsible for supporting the team in achieving production and quality standards.
Provides training and guidance to team members, resolving any issues that may arise.
Communicates regularly with partner agencies, ensuring they are informed and trained.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from an accredited four-year college or university in Education, Human Services, Social Work, or related field.
Three to five years relevant experience demonstrating progressively responsible experience and related knowledge of CCR&R and eligibility & enrollment or related processes.
Training, education, and/or experience may be substituted for certain minimum qualifications for current ELCPBC staff, where 2 years of relevant work experience is equivalent to one year of college.
Experience and/or training in leading or managing projects/teams, developing and/or training staff, customer services, coordination, and collaboration.
Current knowledge of EFS Database or statewide databases.
Bilingual and able to read, write and speak in English and Spanish or Creole proficiently, is preferred.
Must possess strong organizational skills, along with training experience.
