two Litigation Secretaries

to join its dynamic team. These positions offer a hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) and provide an excellent opportunity to work with a top-tier litigation team in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. We are looking for both

Junior

(1-3 years of experience) and

Senior

(3-10 years of experience) Litigation Secretaries to support our attorneys with a variety of litigation tasks.Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents including motions, pleadings, discovery, and correspondence.Create and format Table of Contents (TOC) and Table of Authorities (TOA) in legal filings.E-file documents in both state and federal courts.Maintain and update court calendars for key filing deadlines, hearings, and trials.Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances.Assist with trial preparation, including assembling exhibits and managing case files.Provide general administrative support to attorneys, including handling phone calls, managing emails, and coordinating travel arrangements.Perform routine office tasks, such as filing, scanning, and organizing case files.Other duties as required to support the litigation team.Requirements:

Junior Litigation Secretary (1-3 years of experience):Minimum of 1 year of experience as a litigation secretary in a law firm setting.Proficiency in State and Federal e-filing, including knowledge of CM/ECF.Experience with court calendaring and tracking deadlines.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Excellent proofreading and editing skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Senior Litigation Secretary (3-10 years of experience):Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation secretary in a law firm setting.Extensive experience with State and Federal e-filing systems, including CM/ECF and PACER.In-depth knowledge of court calendaring, filing deadlines, and legal procedures.Advanced skills in formatting TOCs/TOAs and preparing legal documents for filing.Proven ability to prioritize and manage a high-volume workload while meeting deadlines.Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in legal documents.High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Excellent proofreading, editing, and drafting skills.Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and attorneys.Additional Qualifications for Both Roles:
