Only for registered membersHoustonUSD 200,000 - 250,000SUMMARY:The COO would be fully responsible for the operations side of the TAC business and all departments within. The COO works directly for the President & CEO of the Pan-America region and alongside the Corporate Secretary. The COO will lead our team of high-performing professionals to be efficient, productive, and effective. The ideal candidate has extensive experience within our industry, preferably having worked their way up to an executive role. We believe this trajectory helps a person develop a unique mix of business and management expertise, plus proficiency with the practices, policies, and procedures of our industry. This person would be responsible for helping to build the strategy for the Tadano America crane business and manage the execution of the strategy to maximize efficiency and growth with a focus on the Tadano Core Values (Compliance + Safety, Quality & Efficiency).ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement.Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEO.Oversee operations, IT, and accounting, and partner with CEO in sales management so that sufficient investment capital can be budgeted for near-term growth targets.Manage capital investments and expenses aggressively to ensure that the company achieves investor targets for growth and profitability.Monitor performance with tracking software and take corrective measures when necessary, and prepare detailed updates and forecasts.Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.Manage S&OP Process to include all business planning aspects to align with operational needs.Manage customer situations as required with Sales, accounts receivable, customer support and Distribution/Major Account development and relationship management.Support sales generation while driving to exceed customer satisfaction expectations.Maximize revenue, profitability & market share growth through efficiencies and strategic initiatives.Ability to understand P&L and prioritize how to make continuous improvement in operational performance.Can understand the balance sheet side of the business and how to maximize cash efficiency without impacting the business performance.Ability to multi-task, travel as needed at short notice and drive accountability at all levels of the organization by leveraging the KPIs for the business.Responsible to build a monthly Management deck and a report that explains what is happening in the business and where the efforts are being applied to execute to plan.Support cross functional or global business initiatives working with others as required.Promote, support and enhance Tadano Core values C+SQE.NOTE:
