Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team, specializing in recruiting for complex R&D roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in specialized technical positions, particularly in mobile development, embedded systems, and software engineering.
What You’ll Accomplish
Recruit top R&D talent for specialized roles such as React Native developers, Bluetooth/embedded systems engineers, and mobile development experts Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical positions through proactive sourcing and networking Partner with R&D leadership to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective recruitment strategies Develop innovative sourcing strategies for niche technical roles Manage full-cycle recruitment process from initial outreach to offer negotiation Create compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect technical requirements while highlighting our mission in healthcare technology BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years of technical recruitment experience 4+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Demonstrated success in filling positions requiring niche technical skills (React Native, Bluetooth, embedded systems, mobile development) Experience and commitment to diversity and inclusion initiatives Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems Strategic sourcing capability with the ability to proactively network and establish an active pipeline of external candidates Experience with effective stakeholder management This is an hourly contractor role that will run through a payroll service.
