Project & Program Manager - Full TimeEligibility Requirements:Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship presently or in the future.Resides in the greater Seattle area and able to commute to work 1-2 days a week onsite.Teleion is seeking a Change Management Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting and challenging role and will give the right person a chance to be part of a company and make an impact.This consultant will be responsible for both OCM delivery on specific project(s), as well as partner with the OCM practice team on the continued development and iteration of OCM artifacts and standards.Job Responsibilities Include:Create and own the case for change, in collaboration with the project team.Be a part of the OCM practice team.Partner in development of a change management plan and strategy for the IT PMO, in partnership with team leadership.Create and maintain organizational change management artifacts, including but not limited to Stakeholder analysis, Communication plan(s), End user engagement strategy and plan, Development of end user collateral, in partnership with project SMEs, Resistance management plan, Change impact assessment.Track and maintain metrics related to knowledge management solutions.Develop attractive and professional end-user facing collateral.Participate in project team meetings (stand-ups, weekly synchs, demo, sprint planning and refinement, etc.)Serve as a thought partner to the project owners, sponsors, and other leaders of work within this project and in related cross-cutting initiatives.Build positive and constructive relationships with team, customer, and partner groups to enable a deep understanding of their work and experience with systems, process, and tools for optimal solution implementation.Basic Qualifications:5+ years proven record of managing complex change management projects including workplans, resource allocation, communications, analysis, facilitation, and stakeholder/leadership engagement.Prosci change management certifications are a plus.Professional agility, and the ability to work with flexibility, efficiency, diplomacy, and enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment in ways that influence others while maintaining collaborative relationships as part of a team and with external partners.Excellent verbal and written communication and facilitation skills, build consensus, and a clear and coherent writing style, including the ability to “translate” requirements between various groups and tailor communications based on the audience.Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify dependencies, integration points, and to objectively evaluate competing requests across the enterprise and deliver innovative, global solutions.Ability to work in a highly collaborative virtual work environment, balance competing priorities and manage time successfully.Able to work onsite in Seattle 1-2 days a week.This is a full-time role and Teleion offers full benefits, PTO, holiday, and 401(k).
