Comprised of three practices – Digital Engineering (DE), Application Development & Management (ADM) and Quality Engineering & Assurance (QEA) – we provide end-to-end value to organizations looking to escape legacy constraints, modernize technical architecture and culture to be future fit, and produce greenfield products and services.What we are looking forWe are looking for results driven, client focused and collaborative Digital expert who can craft, lead and present solutions that help our clients transform their digital engagement interaction and achieve disruptive benefits.This is a role within a startup-like environment where agility and ability to cope with different mindsets and topics is crucial like the capability to transfer own experience to several industries and business contexts.You will get a chance toForge relationships with Technology VP/CXO decision makers within client organizationMap client organization, build extraordinary relationships with new business units, build a consultative sales strategy for developing new business opportunities.Lead (pre-)sales proposals, while influencing a large team or multiple teams to achieve their goals.Lead revenue generation by scoping, structuring, and leading digital engagementsEnvision and create new opportunities within existing and new businessesAchieve Contract value, annual revenue & profitability targetWork in a matrix organization, responsible for prospecting and other sales management goals designedStay up to date with state-of-the-art technology trends to propose new features and provide value and innovative solutions to our customerParticipate in the software development community in some capacity: meetups, blogs, Stack Overflow, open source projects, etc.RequirementsMany years of work experience in selling and delivering Custom Application based servicesUnderstanding of Application Portfolio Lifecycle across Build, Test and Run servicesDeep understanding and ability to talk convincingly through ideas centered around modern digital enterprises such as product centric org structures, POD-based delivery models, TDD/BDD, deep understanding of Agile and DevOps, microservices, containerization, hybrid hosting patterns, (Gen) AI & AutomationHigh degree of comfort and ability to talk through approach to perform app portfolio analysis, identify candidates for cloud native journey: re-host, re-platform, re-architect etc.Proven results in generating opportunities at existing clients through consultative selling approachWhat you can expectBecome part of a ‘flag ship’ success story - We go through enormous growth!Organization led by technology – We have a tremendous technology backboneOpen, ‘can do’ team spiritEnvironment where you can make your own ideas realityDrive your own careerMarket conforms benefits
