We offer dynamic careers for those individuals looking to be a part of something bigger and provide unequivocal opportunities for growth within the organization.PSA BDP serves over 5,000 customers, including some of the world's leading multinational companies within the chemical, retail & consumer, life sciences & pharmaceuticals, and electric vehicle & industrial verticals.JOB DESCRIPTIONProspect assigned territory, clients, and leadsAssist in regionalizing sales efforts by increasing local client visitsProven success building new strategic relationships by developing sales plans and business strategiesIdentify and develop new targets to develop regional and global business volume in Ocean, Air, and Overland Freight, as well as Value Add solutionsFollow-up and maintaining the current customers with the goal of increasing revenue and freight volumeIncrease market penetration for the PSA BDP brandEngage with Account Management, Product Leaders, and Vertical Heads to develop target accounts within assigned regionMeet and exceed designated KPIs regarding client visits via maintenance via the Customer Retention Management systemEngage in market research with sales support teams with the goal of increasing individual sales pipelineOther duties as requiredJOB REQUIREMENTSMinimum 5 years experience in global sales preferredMinimum 3 years industry experience preferredKnowledge about Ocean Freight, Air Freight or Overland Freight in a Freight Forwarding/ Logistics companyExcellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skillsWilling to travel up to 50%
