Monday through Friday.
Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force’s sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associated infrastructure.What you will get to do:As the embedded Technical Lead at our supplier's facility in Wilmington, Massachusetts, you will be an integral part of the Supplier Management Team (SMT), providing support to the supplier and be the front line for NG to support the supplier development, test and manufacturing for this multi-million-dollar project. The SMT includes contributors from multiple organizations including the SMT Lead (Team Lead), Global Supply Chain (GSC), Mission Assurance (MA), Production, Engineering, Business Management (EVMS) and various other support functions.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 12 Years of relevant work experience; 10 Years with Masters. 7 years with a PhD.US Citizen with an Active DoD Secret Clearance and the ability to obtain Special Access.2 years of experience in EVMS or similar cost and schedule management systems.2 years of direct experience with Material Review Boards (MRB)Preferred Qualifications:15 years of experience in design, development, manufacturing or testing areaProven ability to deliver effective communication verbally, written, and through well-crafted presentations across all levels of an organization.Ability to demonstrate independent creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Advance degrees and/or certifications a plusAbility to obtain TS/SCI clearance and Sentinel Program AccessAs a full-time employee of Northrop Grumman Defense Systems, you are eligible for our robust benefits package including:401kEducational AssistanceLife InsuranceEmployee Assistance Programs & Work/Life SolutionsPaid Time OffHealth & Wellness ResourcesEmployee DiscountsThis positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.#SentinelSystemsSalary Range:
$150,000 - $225,000The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
