The primary objective of this role is to serve as a strategic thought partner to the President & COO, helping to manage and direct strategic decisions and operations for BridgeBio Services. This role is inherently flexible, taking a central role in projects that are of top strategic priority for BridgeBio Services. The person will lead strategic initiatives, organize and interpret incoming data, evaluate and review ongoing initiatives, articulate and define strategy. The person in this role will have significant impact on BridgeBio Services and our ability to serve patients.Responsibilities
Ensure cross-functional alignment and harmonization of strategy with operational activities for BridgeBio Services departmentsCollaborate with functional experts as a strategic partner to support the work of BridgeBio Services departmentsDiscuss findings of relevant strategic analyses with senior leadershipIdeate and manage strategic initiatives, organize, and interpret incoming dataEvaluate, articulate, and define strategy for ongoing BridgeBio Services initiativesManage key meetings with Senior leaders across BridgeBio ServicesPerform other strategic analyses and projects as neededEducation, Experience & Skills Requirements
