Senior Quality Project Manager
The Senior Quality Project Manager is a key member of the Sleep & Respiratory Care (S&RC) Patient Safety & Quality Organization, responsible for leading Quality projects, driving project objectives and meeting stakeholders’ expectations.Your role:Responsible for leading diverse project team(s), empowering the team members to become efficient/effective while building partnerships with the project’s stakeholders (internal/external), leveraging them to achieve organizational goals, influencing their opinions, and negotiating effective solutions. Gaining agreements on and achieving project goals and objectives, balancing, and managing the project scope (including requirements), schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks. Monitoring the business case during project execution with an outcome-oriented view focusing on the maximization of the project benefits and business impact.You will investigate customer expectations, respond to their feedback, as well as contextualize organizational goals and shifts, recognize opportunities, and turn into business value.You will monitor project activities, balancing risk-taking and issue escalation, and setting up detailed progress/escalation reports (including suggested corrective actions) for the project steering team.You're the right fit if:You’ve acquired a minimum of 7 years’ experience in all aspects of project management, development and execution, demonstrating a record of project management success, both in results achieved and in use of professional methodology (PMP and/or Agile Certifications preferred).You have proven experience managing medium-high complexity, multi‐site (agile) projects involving cross-functional teams, creating synergy between projects and covering a project duration of 1‐2 years.Your skills include a good understanding of the Quality System Regulations (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 803, 806 & 820) and knowledge of medical device process requirements.You’re a counselor of a broad range of stakeholders, able to have a peer-to-peer relationship with executive business/market leaders and content experts. You have excellent executive communication skills.You’ve acquired a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (required) in Engineering, Quality or related disciplines. Master’s degree desired. PMP and/or Agile Certifications preferred.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this

Office-based
teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Do the work of your life to help improve the lives of others.Philips Transparency Details:The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $116,000 to $200,000.The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.Additional Information:US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
