Maximus is seeking a Data Analyst to provide expertise to a federal client in support of their mission critical systems in defense of our Homeland.We are searching for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team and take on responsibilities that are central to extracting valuable insights from data and enabling strategic initiatives.Specific Responsibilities:
Lead the analysis of intricate datasets, extracting profound insights, and presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders.Design and implement advanced data models, visualizations, and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine complex data requirements, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with business goals.Develop and maintain data processing pipelines, ETL workflows, and data integration solutions to support analytics initiatives.Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive strategic decision-making.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts in data cleansing, transformation, and advanced analytical techniques.Stay current with emerging data analytics trends, techniques, and tools, and provide recommendations for implementing new technologies.Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement data quality standards and data governance practices.Translate complex business requirements into data-driven solutions and insights.Requirements:
Due to federal requirements, only US Citizens can be considered. Candidates with dual citizenship cannot be considered.An active Security clearance is required.Must be based around Colorado Springs, CO.This individual will be responsible for the daily operation of mission critical systems on a 24x7x365 workday basis.
