We are backed by top-tier investors, have offices in New York and San Francisco, and are growing quickly.Role DescriptionWe're looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager to drive regional marketing initiatives and build strong relationships with key enterprise accounts. As part of our Growth Marketing team, you will be instrumental in creating and executing field marketing programs that generate pipeline and accelerate sales cycles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running successful field marketing campaigns and events, with a deep understanding of enterprise software sales cycles.Your role will involve planning and executing regional events, creating targeted account-based marketing campaigns, and working closely with sales teams to drive engagement with enterprise prospects and customers. As a Field Marketing Manager, you will help position Galileo as a leader in the AI space by orchestrating high-impact customer events, executive roundtables, and industry conferences. You will also serve as a bridge between marketing and sales teams, ensuring alignment on regional goals and providing insights on market trends and customer needs.ResponsibilitiesProgram Management: Design and execute field marketing programs including events, roadshows, and account-based marketing campaignsEvent Strategy: Plan and manage regional events, from intimate executive roundtables to large-scale conferences and trade showsSales Enablement: Partner with sales teams to create targeted campaigns and materials that support pipeline generation and accelerationBudget Management: Own and manage regional marketing budget, tracking ROI and program effectivenessRelationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with customers, prospects, and industry partnersAnalytics: Track and report on field marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for program optimizationCross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with demand generation, content, and product marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and maximize program impactMinimum Qualifications3-5 years of field marketing experience in B2B or event marketing in B2CProven track record of successfully planning and executing field marketing programs that drive pipelineStrong project management skills and ability to manage multiple programs simultaneouslyExcellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaborationUnderstanding of field marketing best practicesExperience with account-based marketing is a plusExperience with HubSpot is a plusExperience in a growth-stage startup is a plus
