This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2 to 8 years of experience seeking to develop their legal expertise in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Duties:Represent clients in all phases of litigation, from case preparation to trial.Handle complex legal matters in federal and state courts, ensuring timely and effective resolution.Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.Work closely with clients to provide strategic legal counsel and updates on case progress.Participate in business development activities and assist in cultivating client relationships.Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and best practices.Maintain high attention to detail and uphold the firm’s commitment to excellence.Requirements:Active Bar admission in Nevada.2 to 8 years of defense litigation experience.Experience in handling complex litigation matters in state and federal courts.Strong written and oral advocacy skills.Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Comfort in client-facing situations, including business development opportunities.Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Skills:Excellent communication and legal writing abilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in legal research and case management software.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases and deadlines.Collaborative and adaptable with a client-focused approach.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected firm where your contributions will directly impact the practice's success and client satisfaction.
