Handle legal matters from initial pleadings through trial in medical malpractice and civil litigation defenseProvide legal counsel and advice to clientsCollaborate with experts to develop case strategiesConduct thorough legal research and analysisRepresent clients during depositions, hearings, mediations, and court proceedingsNegotiate settlements and manage mediationsDraft and file legal documents, motions, and pleadingsRequirements:
Experience in medical malpractice and insurance defenseStrong research, negotiation, and analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolCertifications:
Admission to the Nevada State Bar (required)Admission to the California State Bar (preferred but not required)Skills:
