This includes credit, preferred, and equity instruments for both commercial and residential real estate investments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and take charge of structuring, negotiating, and closing investment transactions while evaluating markets and identifying deal strengths.Key responsibilities include:Preparing comprehensive narrative credit memorandums with scenario analysis.Collaborating with senior management to effectively communicate findings.Conducting financial analysis for a wide range of real estate and corporate investment opportunities.Success in this role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with at least 7 years in a similar capacity. We value substantial experience in financial analysis and underwriting of commercial and residential real estate, a strong financial and accounting background, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Candidates should possess strong communication skills to facilitate investment committee presentations and negotiations with counterparties.
