The Non-Traded Market Risk (NTMR) Transformation team within the Treasury organization works closely with stakeholders to drive day-to-day progress on the NTMR Transformation book of work to ensure on-time delivery through well governed execution that addresses the root cause of challenges and advancement towards the NTMR Target State. The team collaborates with stakeholders across NTMR, Treasury Transformation, other Finance teams and 2nd and 3rd Line review teams in order to achieve our objectives.
The Fin Solutions Sr. Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who closely follows the latest trends in their field and adapts them for application within their job and the business. Excellent communication skills are required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence, and convince others, particularly colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. This role is accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business, necessitating a degree of responsibility over technical strategy and primarily affecting a sub-function. The analyst is responsible for handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project.
Responsibilities:
Drive execution efforts in the NTMR Transformation book of work to on-time completion.
Engage with various stakeholders across Treasury and Citi to ensure project objectives are met and all required governance and oversight requirements are satisfied.
Execute against multiple contending priorities simultaneously.
Proactively manage potential challenges to avoid developing into risks or issues.
Produce and communicate status reports for Senior Management and Regulatory reviews.
Engage with Finance COO and other internal stakeholders regarding NTMR Transformation efforts.
Engage with IA on NTMR-related audits and transformation efforts.
Identify processes for improvement and participate in process reengineering efforts.
Utilize standard reporting processes.
Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant experience, preferably within the financial services industry.
Comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact to achieve the objectives of the function.
Strong communication and diplomacy skills to guide and influence others.
Experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment.
Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
In-depth knowledge of banking products/systems is highly preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree, potentially Master's degree.
