Job DescriptionVisa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) drives tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa's network clients, including both financial services and merchants. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, brand management, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, Visa Consulting and Analytics solves the most strategic problems for our clients.The Strategy and Operations (S&O) team supports the North America VCA team through setting standards, developing foundational processes, assisting with budget and driving operational performance for the consulting organization. This Analyst, VCA North America Financial Business Operations role will work on financial and operational projects, with a particular focus on Product and Experience Design (PxD) operations. Product and Experience Design for VCA enhances user experiences and creates new products by conducting research, developing value propositions, and creating prototypes.As the Analyst, VCA North America Financial Business Operations you will help enable the team's growth by managing resources for projects, reconciling project and revenue data, managing vendor onboarding and offboarding, managing vendor expenses, and serving as a strategic partner for the PxD leads and other stakeholders. The role will work closely with Finance, Sourcing, Controllership, and the PxD leadership team.Responsibilities:Develop project pipeline and resource management reporting for PxD.
Assist with PowerPoint presentations.
Manage PxD resources for projects and verify the staffing data.
Reconcile project and revenue data.
Manage the PxD professional services fee budget. Develop expense forecasts by quarter and year. Report status of pro fee budget to senior leadership in VCA and Finance.
Manage the administrative and operational aspect of vendor selection and onboarding process. Collaborate with the Visa procurement team to submit Request for Proposals (RFP) and Statements of Work (SoW) in the internal Visa system, ensuring a correct, seamless and expedited process is approved.
Collaborate closely with Sourcing and Controllership functions on working to resolve vendor management issues.
Supporting broader S&O team with ad hoc strategic projects that impact the VCA organization.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.Qualifications
Basic Qualifications2 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
