Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
This role involves building and assembling copper piping and rubber tubing for High Density Liquid Cooling products. You will work with hand and power tools and utilize blueprints to assemble complex cooling systems and mild steel enclosures. The role includes brazing copper piping and grinding the finished product. You will be standing throughout the shift and may work individually or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Build and assemble copper piping and rubber tubing for High Density Liquid Cooling products.
Utilize hand and power tools for assembly tasks.
Follow blueprints to assemble complex cooling systems and mild steel enclosures.
Learn and perform brazing of copper piping.
Grind and finish assembled products.
Work individually or as part of a team.
May move to other assembly departments and handle various daily tasks.
Essential Skills
Experience with hand tools and power tools.
Ability to read and utilize blueprints.
Knowledge of assembling complex assemblies.
Willingness to learn brazing techniques.
Comfortable standing for the entire shift.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
No previous manufacturing experience required, but a desire to enter the manufacturing field is essential.
3+ months of assembly experience is a plus.

Work Environment
You will be working in a very large manufacturing environment. The job is high-paced but not on an assembly line. The environment is clean but can get hot in the summer as it is not temperature controlled. The HDLC department operates on the 1st shift with hours from 7:30am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Mandatory overtime may require starting as early as 5:30am. Current openings are available.
