The successful candidate will be responsible for leading clinical pharmacology, PK, and PD activities in collaboration with other functions, and for building and implementing a comprehensive clinical PK/PD development strategy to support all stages of drug development. This role requires the management of infrastructure, budget, and the preparation of various study and regulatory documents. The Vice President will also be at the forefront of advancing PK/PD modeling and simulation approaches, particularly in the field of oncology therapies, and will provide scientific and strategic consultation to R&D, regulatory, and management teams. Applicants for the Vice President, Clinical Pharmacology position at the company should hold a PhD with over 10 years of progressive industry experience in pharmacometrics, clinical pharmacology, or preclinical ADME studies. Essential qualifications include a proven track record of leadership in PK/PD, biopharmaceutics, and pharmacometrics activities, as well as strong project management and mathematical modeling skills. The role demands a professional with broad translational and clinical development expertise, particularly in the context of oncology, and experience in moving compounds through the clinical trials process.
