We are looking for someone with multi-property Sales Management experience, the ability to lead others, and the ability to uncover new account potential and current account saturation to increas rev/par for each individual property. General Summary
Under minimal direction and reporting to the CEO & President , the Director of Revenue Management implements and manages strategies to maximize total revenue of the Amerilodge portfolio. Implement tactics to take advantage of demand for all segments while working in conjunction with the General Managers to analyze current and future forecasts to support Revenue Management decision making. Model and encourage behavior consistent with the core values of Amerilodge.
Education/Experience
High school diploma or General Education Certificate is required. Additional studies in hospitality are encouraged.

Duties and Responsibilities
Know and live the mission and values of the hotel brand and company
Maintain sales policies and procedures for standardization purposes
Know Brand Standards and Brand Guest Loyalty Program Enrollment Requirements and Benefits
Direct the solicitation efforts of the sales staff through effective oral and written communication while overseeing rate, date and space commitment for group room sales within the hotel.
Interview, hire, train, recommend performance evaluations, resolve problems, provide open communication and recommend discipline and/or termination when appropriate.
Ensure training programs are conducted regularly and Amerilodge Group standards of performance are met. Give guidance and counsel staff towards improvement
Compile and or direct the preparation of reports pertaining to the operation of the sales department to include the following: lead management system, booking report, star reports, and sales meeting minutes
Duties and Responsibilities (continued)
Coordinate ongoing research of the travel industry to detect market trends and related information for development of new marketing strategies. Make reasonable recommendations to improve potential from various markets
Develop and conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients
Meet with and entertain clients, this may require travel
Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to the staff
Follow-up on market intelligence in existing and target markets
Monitor sales forecast, selling strategies, and promotions in frequent guest program benefits
Assist and coordinate NHOP
Execute monthly action plans
Negotiate and maintain LNR accounts
RFP process for national accounts
Participate in trade shows, representing all Amerilodge managed properties
Establish relationships with market(s) CVB and Chamber
Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor at all times
Greet every customer with a smile at 10 feet and a verbal greeting at 5 feet
Possess knowledge of hotel reservation and cancellation procedures
Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel staff, services, room locations, room rates, amenities, and hotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants, and medical facilities).
Provide the highest quality of customer service to the guest at all times
Represent efficiency and friendliness in a manner that leaves a lasting impression
Complete other duties as assigned
Must successfully complete education related to assigned duties and role
Working Conditions
Public, business atmosphere in which temperatures may vary within reason of indoor climates. Travel, in personal vehicle, within markets to accomplish above duties and responsibilities. Lifting and carrying up to 10 lbs. may occur and with assistance, moving up to 50 lbs. Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
